- Director of Bluetooth Software Development
The candidate will be responsible for the development of on-chip embedded software
for Bluetooth. This will include the full software development life cycle from
initial specification and definition through to delivery and
maintenance. This will involve the following:
1) Writing formal requirement specifications
2) Coding in C and assembler
3) Maintenance of upper stack layers on-chip.
4) Extension of on-chip environment to use new firmware features including documentation and
simple examples
5) Update of libraries and applications in response to
customer requests.
6) Bluetooth upper stack layers
7) Maintenance of existing protocol layers
The individual will be a commercially aware Software engineer with a strong
background in embedded software development. The ideal candidate will have a
strong technical background, with at least 5 years of recent hands-on experience
in the development of embedded software. The individual will need to show an
awareness of the software development process for writing software destined for
ROM in high volume consumer applications.
1) Must have 3+ years of Bluetooth software development experience
2) Must have rich experience of debugging embedded software
3) Must have experience of development in 'C' on embedded RISC processors, within a Unix development environment
4) Must be able to take leadership of Bluetooth Software engineers in China
5) Must be able to communicate at all levels including marketing and hardware
6) Must have experience of direct customer contact
7) May have some hardware experience
8) May have experience of communication protocols
9) Candidates will be M.S. degree qualified with at least 5 years experience
- Senior/Principal Automatic Speech Recognition Software
Engineers
1) Master degree and above in electrical engineering or computer
science
2) More than five year working experience in speech recognition
area
3) Profound knowledge on speech processing
4) Good skills on DSP programming is a big advantage
5) Good working attitude and team spirit
6) Can travel to China to work with our China team
- Senior/Principal DSP Software Engineers
1) Master degree and above in electrical engineering or computer
science
2) More than five year working experience on DSP areas
3) Profound knowledge on speech processing
4) Good skills on DSP programming
5) Good working attitude and team spirit
6) Can travel to China to work with our China team
- Senior Mechanical Engineer
(Senior Mechanical Engineer will work on new designs
(consumer product) and technologies. Will support the R &
D and Engineering departments and work closely with suppliers
and con tract manufacturers.)
1) BSME or BS Manuf Eng degree required (MS preferred)
2) Minimum of 8 years technical/manufacturing work experience
3) Experience with metal and plastic mechanical design and manufacturing
processes
4) Knowledge of injection molding and tool design
5) Must be proficient in Pro-E and AutoCAD
6) Experience in new product introduction and prototyping
- Senior Application Engineer
(To lead the FAEs of the company to provide quality technical
support to our customers and to perform product test/verifications.
To prepare products application notes.)
1) BSEE (MSEE preferred) with 5+ years of experience in system engineering or IC design, experience in audio system area is plus.
2) Familiar with basic of analog design
3) Experience with metal and plastic mechanical design and manufacturing
processes
4) Very hands-on and willing to travel
5) Must be proficient in Pro-E and AutoCAD
6) FAE Training
7) On-site customer support on tough issues
8) Demo kit preparation
9) Application note generation
10) System reference design
11) PCB design, layout and debug
12) PCB related support including component and vendor selection and Qualification
13) Able to work independently
14) Able to resolve problem under pressure
15) Strong oral communication skill and fast learner
